Budget projection — assumptions

assumptions (BudgetProjection.assumptions) is a field stored on each budget projection record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Json value and is part of the budget projection record's data. The assumptions field belongs to the budget projection it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set assumptions while working with that BudgetProjection record. Because assumptions is part of the BudgetProjection record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the budget projection.
