It holds a String value and is part of the budget projection record's data. The tenantId field belongs to the budget projection it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tenantId while working with that BudgetProjection record. Because tenantId is part of the BudgetProjection record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the budget projection.
