It holds a DateTime value and is part of the budget request record's data. The decidedAt field belongs to the budget request it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set decidedAt while working with that BudgetRequest record. Because decidedAt is part of the BudgetRequest record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the budget request.
