Budget request — requesting node id

requesting node id (BudgetRequest.requestingNodeId) is a field stored on each budget request record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a String value and is part of the budget request record's data. The requestingNodeId field belongs to the budget request it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set requestingNodeId while working with that BudgetRequest record. Because requestingNodeId is part of the BudgetRequest record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the budget request.
