It holds a String value and is part of the budget request record's data. The tenantId field belongs to the budget request it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tenantId while working with that BudgetRequest record. Because tenantId is part of the BudgetRequest record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the budget request.
