Budget tier config — tenant id

tenant id (BudgetTierConfig.tenantId) is a field stored on each budget tier config record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a String value and is part of the budget tier config record's data. The tenantId field belongs to the budget tier config it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tenantId while working with that BudgetTierConfig record. Because tenantId is part of the BudgetTierConfig record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the budget tier config.
