The tenantId field belongs to the budget workspace it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tenantId while working with that BudgetWorkspace record. Because tenantId is part of the BudgetWorkspace record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the budget workspace.
