Cohort class — date

date (CohortClass.date) is a field stored on each cohort class record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a DateTime value and is part of the cohort class record's data. The date field belongs to the cohort class it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set date while working with that CohortClass record. Because date is part of the CohortClass record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the cohort class.
