target size (CohortGroup.targetSize) is a field stored on each cohort group record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Int value and is part of the cohort group record's data. The targetSize field belongs to the cohort group it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set targetSize while working with that CohortGroup record. Because targetSize is part of the CohortGroup record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the cohort group.
