It holds a String value and is part of the college record's data. The tenantId field belongs to the college it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tenantId while working with that College record. Because tenantId is part of the College record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the college.
