count (CompensationBand.count) is a field stored on each compensation band record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Int value and is part of the compensation band record's data. The count field belongs to the compensation band it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set count while working with that CompensationBand record. Because count is part of the CompensationBand record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the compensation band.
