It holds a String value and is part of the contingency scenario record's data. The tenantId field belongs to the contingency scenario it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tenantId while working with that ContingencyScenario record. Because tenantId is part of the ContingencyScenario record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the contingency scenario.
