It holds a String value and is part of the course prerequisite record's data. The courseId field belongs to the course prerequisite it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set courseId while working with that CoursePrerequisite record. Because courseId is part of the CoursePrerequisite record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the course prerequisite.
