tags (Decision.tags) is a field stored on each decision record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a String[] value and is part of the decision record's data. The tags field belongs to the decision it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tags while working with that Decision record. Because tags is part of the Decision record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the decision.
