Equity snapshot — course distribution

course distribution (EquitySnapshot.courseDistribution) is a field stored on each equity snapshot record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Json value and is part of the equity snapshot record's data. The courseDistribution field belongs to the equity snapshot it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set courseDistribution while working with that EquitySnapshot record. Because courseDistribution is part of the EquitySnapshot record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the equity snapshot.
