The tenantId field belongs to the equity snapshot it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tenantId while working with that EquitySnapshot record. Because tenantId is part of the EquitySnapshot record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the equity snapshot.
