The specialization field belongs to the faculty search it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set specialization while working with that FacultySearch record. Because specialization is part of the FacultySearch record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the faculty search.
