Fiscal calendar config

The FiscalCalendarConfig record (FiscalCalendarConfig) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each FiscalCalendarConfig row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, fyStartMonth, fyStartDay, subPeriodType, customSubPeriods, createdAt, updatedAt, tenant. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a fiscal calendar config as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every FiscalCalendarConfig row carries a tenantId, one institution's fiscal calendar config data is never visible to another.
