Fiscal calendar config — custom sub periods

custom sub periods (FiscalCalendarConfig.customSubPeriods) is a field stored on each fiscal calendar config record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Json value and is part of the fiscal calendar config record's data. The customSubPeriods field belongs to the fiscal calendar config it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set customSubPeriods while working with that FiscalCalendarConfig record. Because customSubPeriods is part of the FiscalCalendarConfig record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the fiscal calendar config.
