It holds a String value and is part of the fund record's data. The restrictionNotes field belongs to the fund it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set restrictionNotes while working with that Fund record. Because restrictionNotes is part of the Fund record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the fund.
