The MeetingVote record (MeetingVote) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each MeetingVote row stores fields such as id, meetingId, agendaItemId, motion, result, votesFor, votesAgainst, abstentions, quorumMet, linkedDecisionId. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a meeting vote as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. The meeting vote record links to the tenant that owns it, keeping each institution's meeting vote data isolated.
