Meeting vote — abstentions

abstentions (MeetingVote.abstentions) is a field stored on each meeting vote record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Int value and is part of the meeting vote record's data. The abstentions field belongs to the meeting vote it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set abstentions while working with that MeetingVote record. Because abstentions is part of the MeetingVote record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the meeting vote.
