Outcome version — is active

is active (OutcomeVersion.isActive) is a field stored on each outcome version record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Boolean value and is part of the outcome version record's data. The isActive field belongs to the outcome version it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set isActive while working with that OutcomeVersion record. Because isActive is part of the OutcomeVersion record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the outcome version.
