The PlanOutcome record (PlanOutcome) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each PlanOutcome row stores fields such as id, planId, outcomeId, plan, outcome, measures. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a plan outcome as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. The plan outcome record links to the tenant that owns it, keeping each institution's plan outcome data isolated.
