Process step

The ProcessStep record (ProcessStep) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each ProcessStep row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, processDocumentId, stepNumber, title, description, responsible, notes, createdAt, updatedAt. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a process step as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every ProcessStep row carries a tenantId, one institution's process step data is never visible to another.
