The ProgramReviewDocument record (ProgramReviewDocument) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each ProgramReviewDocument row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, programId, title, status, reviewYear, enrollmentData, outcomesData, facultyData, budgetData. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a program review document as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every ProgramReviewDocument row carries a tenantId, one institution's program review document data is never visible to another.
