Remediation plan

The RemediationPlan record (RemediationPlan) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each RemediationPlan row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, criterionId, title, description, priority, status, assignedTo, targetDate, completedAt. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a remediation plan as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every RemediationPlan row carries a tenantId, one institution's remediation plan data is never visible to another.
