It holds a String value and is part of the report archive record's data. The content field belongs to the report archive it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set content while working with that ReportArchive record. Because content is part of the ReportArchive record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the report archive.
