The ReportArchive record (ReportArchive) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each ReportArchive row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, title, reportType, format, content, fileSize, generatedAt, archivedAt, metadata. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a report archive as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every ReportArchive row carries a tenantId, one institution's report archive data is never visible to another.
