The tenantId field belongs to the report archive it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tenantId while working with that ReportArchive record. Because tenantId is part of the ReportArchive record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the report archive.
