It holds a String value and is part of the review evidence record's data. The description field belongs to the review evidence it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set description while working with that ReviewEvidence record. Because description is part of the ReviewEvidence record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the review evidence.
