Review evidence

The ReviewEvidence record (ReviewEvidence) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each ReviewEvidence row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, reviewId, category, title, description, fileUrl, sourceId, sourceType, createdAt. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a review evidence as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every ReviewEvidence row carries a tenantId, one institution's review evidence data is never visible to another.
