It holds a String value and is part of the review evidence record's data. The sourceId field belongs to the review evidence it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set sourceId while working with that ReviewEvidence record. Because sourceId is part of the ReviewEvidence record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the review evidence.
