It holds a String value and is part of the review outcome record's data. The tenantId field belongs to the review outcome it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tenantId while working with that ReviewOutcome record. Because tenantId is part of the ReviewOutcome record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the review outcome.
