Review outcome

The ReviewOutcome record (ReviewOutcome) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each ReviewOutcome row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, reviewId, overallRating, outcomeType, meritPercentage, promotionRecommended, summary, recommendations, effectiveDate. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a review outcome as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every ReviewOutcome row carries a tenantId, one institution's review outcome data is never visible to another.
