Room — is active

is active (Room.isActive) is a field stored on each room record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Boolean value and is part of the room record's data. The isActive field belongs to the room it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set isActive while working with that Room record. Because isActive is part of the Room record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the room.
