It holds a Boolean value and is part of the rubric record's data. The isShared field belongs to the rubric it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set isShared while working with that Rubric record. Because isShared is part of the Rubric record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the rubric.
