The RubricMapping record (RubricMapping) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each RubricMapping row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, externalPlatform, externalRubricId, externalCriterionId, chalkCriterionId, isConfirmed, createdAt, tenant. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a rubric mapping as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every RubricMapping row carries a tenantId, one institution's rubric mapping data is never visible to another.
