The RubricVersion record (RubricVersion) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each RubricVersion row stores fields such as id, rubricId, versionNumber, isActive, maxScore, createdAt, rubric, criteria, measures. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a rubric version as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. The rubric version record links to the tenant that owns it, keeping each institution's rubric version data isolated.
