max score (RubricVersion.maxScore) is a field stored on each rubric version record in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. It holds a Int value and is part of the rubric version record's data. The maxScore field belongs to the rubric version it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set maxScore while working with that RubricVersion record. Because maxScore is part of the RubricVersion record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the rubric version.
