It holds a DateTime value and is part of the self evaluation record's data. The submittedAt field belongs to the self evaluation it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set submittedAt while working with that SelfEvaluation record. Because submittedAt is part of the SelfEvaluation record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the self evaluation.
