The SelfEvaluation record (SelfEvaluation) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each SelfEvaluation row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, reviewId, teachingSummary, scholarshipSummary, serviceSummary, developmentSummary, goals, accomplishments, challenges. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a self evaluation as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every SelfEvaluation row carries a tenantId, one institution's self evaluation data is never visible to another.
