It holds a String value and is part of the teaching record record's data. The tenantId field belongs to the teaching record it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tenantId while working with that TeachingRecord record. Because tenantId is part of the TeachingRecord record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the teaching record.
