It holds a Int value and is part of the template section record's data. The sortOrder field belongs to the template section it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set sortOrder while working with that TemplateSection record. Because sortOrder is part of the TemplateSection record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the template section.
