The generatedAt field belongs to the transition packet it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set generatedAt while working with that TransitionPacket record. Because generatedAt is part of the TransitionPacket record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the transition packet.
