It holds a Float value and is part of the workload config record's data. The hiddenWorkWeight field belongs to the workload config it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set hiddenWorkWeight while working with that WorkloadConfig record. Because hiddenWorkWeight is part of the WorkloadConfig record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the workload config.
