It holds a String value and is part of the workload config record's data. The tenantId field belongs to the workload config it is recorded on, so faculty, staff, and automations read or set tenantId while working with that WorkloadConfig record. Because tenantId is part of the WorkloadConfig record, it stays consistent with the rest of that record's data and is scoped to the tenant that owns the workload config.
