StoredDocument.category

StoredDocument.category is a second, coarser grouping label alongside source. The render endpoint sets it from options.category, falling back to document when none is given. Like source, it is filterable on GET /api/documents?category=... and is a valid filter for the bulk DELETE /api/documents?category=... operation, letting an integrating product sweep a whole class of PDFs at once. The column is indexed together with tenantId so category-scoped listings stay fast within a tenant.
