GPS Latitude

gpsLatitude on a FieldMeasurement is captured automatically from the technician's device when they record the reading, providing location verification that the measurement was taken at the correct well. Combined with gpsLongitude and gpsAccuracyM, it enables the system to compute gpsDistanceM — how far the recorded location is from the well's known coordinates — which drives gpsFlagged if the distance exceeds an acceptable threshold.
