When a technician measures a monitoring well during a FieldVisit, they create a FieldMeasurement for that well, entering depthToWaterFt (the depth to the water surface from the top of casing), waterLevelElevationFt (the calculated elevation), and field water quality parameters including ph, conductivity (with conductivityUnit), temperatureC, dissolvedOxygen (with doUnit), orp, and turbidity. GPS fields (gpsLatitude, gpsLongitude, gpsAccuracyM, gpsDistanceM, gpsFlagged) verify that the measurement was taken at the correct well location. An associated PurgeLog records the purge data prior to sampling.

Field Measurement
A FieldMeasurement captures all per-well field readings from a single monitoring event: water level (`depthToWaterFt`, `waterLevelElevationFt`), water quality parameters (`ph`, `conductivity`, `temperatureC`, `dissolvedOxygen`, `orp`, `turbidity`), and GPS coordinates.
